Every staff member I interacted with was exceptionally stellar, not just in performing their duties but also in accommodating any additional requests made. Their consideration extends beyond what's explicitly encompassed in their services, consistently exceeding expectations. What struck me as particularly impressive was the hands-on approach taken by the proprietor. A marked dedication to catering directly to the customers added a personal and engaging touch to our stay. This personal attention further elevated the already outstanding service the rest of the team provided. We were bestowed the unparalleled opportunity to deeply engage with the rich Marinduqueno culture through the intimate and enchanting PUTONG rituals. The heartfelt serenades and lively dances performed by the community locals, including the Morions, resounded with genuine warmth and festive spirit. Indeed, the rituals provided an extra layer of indulgence, creating moments to cherish. It's important to note that the owner spared his time and dedication to ensure this grand spectacle, with money and flower showers contributing to the lavish festivity. Their generous financial and logistical commitment to this celebration demonstrated their dedication to providing their guests with an authentic and rich cultural experience. 4.0− There’s no trash can in all the stalls of the comfort room, since we’re using a shared bathroom, you have to throw dirty tissues by the door where a single trash can is placed, there is only 1 sink for all the people to use for brushing and washing hands. There is no trash can in the lobby, no one is available at the front desk, you have to go to their restaurant if you have any concerns but the staff is always friendly and accommodating if you get ahold of them
