− In camera mirosea urat, foarte multa mizerie. Patul era făcut din ceva paleți cred si puse saltele asa pe el, fugeau saltele nonstop de pe suportul ala improvizat. Hotelul nu merita mai mult de 2 stele.

4.0The staff let us earlier to our room, since we arrived few hours before the check in. The staff was very helpful and nice. The food was sometimes good, there were few bars to get drinks from. The view from the rooms were very pleasant, especially from the sea side. The pool activities with staff such as aerobic was very nice.
− The smell in one of the rooms was unbearable. The pool was not clean. The restaurant was way too small for this big amount of guests- there were huge crowds and queues, especially for dinners and for elevators afterwards (there were only two for 14 floors of guests). The food was unsalted and cold, one of the guests got a food poisoning. There was no Wi-Fi in one of the rooms. The music played outside was so painfully loud, also they played the same songs over and over again…

10.0Raportul calitate-preț a depășit așteptările noastre. Serviciile oferite, varietatea mâncării și curățenia depășesc cu mult prețul plătit pentru sejur. Servicii de curățenie excepționale: Camerista Emili a fost extrem de amabilă și atentă la detalii. Mâncare și facilități: Meniul all-inclusive a fost diversificat, zilnic apăreau noi preparate.Staff-ul de animatori: Tineri extrem de implicați, prietenoși și dinamici, care au știut cum să distreze atât copiii.
− Singurul aspect mai puțin plăcut a fost volumul muzicii de la piscină, care uneori era prea tare și devenea deranjantă pentru cei care doreau să se relaxeze.
