Good if you nothing happens, horrendous if you’re lacking luck
3.0The location and the space
− We booked a four-day stay and the 3 first ones were great, really no notes at this point, however, on the last night of our stay, we didn’t have any hot water in the apartment (not the kitchen sink, nor the bathroom sink, also not in the shower) - we called for support as this was the end of our day, pending only showering to go to bed. The support team sent a technician to try and repair the heating system and over an hour later (counting from the first call) we still didn’t have an answer. I had to call again and ask to be relocated - which i think should be obvious once it’s late in the night (at this point it was nearly midnight). The relocation happened relatively fast after that but was a major downgrade. The new apartment was small and stuffed, the window didn’t open (so essentially no fresh air) and there’s no air conditioning (or fan) The result was a very stressful and uncomfortable night on a tiny apartment we didn’t sign up for.

9.0El buen funcionamiento de todas las instalaciones. El cuidado y atención dispensador en la provisión de insumos para comodidad en la estadía de los huéspedes.
− El entorno en el que estaba ubicado el depto. Me refiero al estado de higiene y descuido de las viviendas laterales al ingreso. Aunque el departamento era muy bonito y seguro el entorno urbano inmediato no entusiasmaba de la misma manera.

9.0Fantastic location. Easy video to follow to gain access. Close to 2 tribe stations, a supermarket is you want to eat in, or loads of restaurants if you want to eat out.
− Chairs for watching TV weren't comfortable.
Sehr schönes Appartment! Ich habe mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gitarre neben den Bett war top!
9.0Die Lage war am Anfang etwas irritierend, da die Gegend keinen sehr einladenden Eindruck gemacht hat. Dafür war die Qualität des Appartments umso überraschender im positvien Sinne.
− Es ist schwierig den Eingang zu finden. Eine sichtbare Hausbnummer wäre hilfreich.
