− It was the week of a heat wave and the air con was not really sufficient to cope (but that could have been case in lots of places). Shower was low pressure

Lovely quiet appartment ideal

Clean, spacious, stylish appartment really well located in a central but quiet location. Felt really safe too. Would highly recommend to families or business travellers.

− The key pick up. Basically you have to pick up the keys from a shop 6 mins walk away. The pick up went smoothly but it is an extra effort that is the one downside.

This is a very well located and clean flat. The location is excellent for Regents Park and Camden, which is where I was planning to spend my time. The facilities in the flat are good, with everything you could need. It's quite a stylish flat as well, and the large windows opening onto the courtyard give alot of natural light. The kitchen has everything you need, including chopping boards. Communication with the host was regular, polite and informative. I would stay again!

− Hauling luggage around the city is never fun, especially when I had to walk beyond the apartment (from Camden Town underground) to pick up the keys. A lock box on the premises would be more convenient.

Great apartment and location but too complicated check-in process

Spacious apartment in a great lively location

− High deposit was requested which was needed to be paid upfront, the check-in process and instructions were too complicated. I would never pay again for the crib which was provided for 10GBP per day, the mattress was smaller than the bred and poor quality, the crib had a strange smell, disappointing.
