5.0La ubicación sería lo único favorable, sin embargo está a unas 3 cuadras de distancia de la torre Eiffel, no tiene vista a ella ni desde la calle.
− Es un departamento básico y pequeño, para ingresar hay que pasar por un patio interior, por lo que el departamento se ubica en la parte posterior del edificio. La semana que nos alojamos, estuvieron haciendo trabajos en el patio interior, trabajos que comenzaban a las 8.00 AM con máquinas para cortar fierro, lo que que fue absolutamente molesto. Nos dimos cuenta que la administración había puesto un aviso del inicio de los trabajos (indicando la fecha), por lo que el propietario debía haberlo sabido y a lo menos habernos informado para tomar las precauciones del caso o haber hecho algún tipo de descuento en la tarifa por los inconvenientes. Se cobra 35€ por hacer entrega de la llaves, lo que sin bien está informado, parece un abuso porque en ningún otro lugar me han contado por “hacer entrega de las llaves” de la propiedad arrendada. No lo recomiendo.

1.0Didn’t like they canceled me the same day because supposed water problems and they want me to cancelled and no they because they had the problem charged me for checking 35 euros to checking with a lady and the place wasn’t ready housekeeping wasn’t there to clean towels on the floor. I think it was lake checkout and the owner weren’t honest to tell the true. I lost one day of my trip. And I was stress when they asked me to cancel so they can return my money.

Booking.com I couldn’t call them I never had problems booking on this website until March 2026 that the place don’t care on their guests. So sad to be in a country that they cancelled at the last minute minutes so stressful day

3.0L’aménagement était bien ainsi que les équipements.
− De la part d’un Genius niveau 3, le service du personnel s’est présenté assez mauvais, avec beaucoup de carences à plusieurs niveaux. Dans ce département parisien c’est inacceptable, encore plus après le prix qu’on paye pour la location de plus de 30 nuits. Je regrette ce commentaire, mais la gestion de la location par l’agence a été très mauvaise, un administratif exécuté avec peu de rigueur et plusieurs erreurs dans une convention de bail, des choses convenues entre locataire et agence mais non mises en place par l’agence, jusqu’à une retenue de caution illégale et une facturation de frais non dus. C’est vraiment très dommage. Le client devrait pouvoir être traité avec plus de respect, surtout quand il s’agit d’être bienveillant dans une situation de santé considérée comme particulière.

− - The apartment was very dirty, hair EVERYWHERE, the kitchen amenities were barely cleaned… - The shower has one of the worst designs I’ve seen so far, water leaks all over the floor and everything is wet after 5 minutes of your being there - Not enough towels for 3 people were left. - The apartment has no ceiling light, only one or two standing so at night be prepared for a very dark room, no light in the kitchen
