6.0Das Personal bei der Begrüßung war sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist gemütlich und die Lage ist gut.
− Insgesamt sind wir leider enttäuscht. Bei einem Preis von über 600 € pro Nacht sind einfach zu viele Dinge nicht stimmig: * Beim Check-in wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass es keine Pool- oder Strandhandtücher gibt. Diese könne man für 20 € pro Stück an der Rezeption kaufen. Das fanden wir bei dieser Preisklasse befremdlich – zumal es gar keine Handtücher mehr zu kaufen gab. Wir mussten uns deshalb selbst welche besorgen. * Unser Haus hatte keine Waschmaschine. Auf Nachfrage erfuhren wir, dass nur wenige Häuser damit ausgestattet sind und man dies vorab anfragen muss – je nach Verfügbarkeit. * Wer Comporta kennt, weiß, dass es dort sehr viele Moskitos gibt. Umso unverständlicher ist es, dass die Fenster keine Moskitonetze haben. Ab Sonnenuntergang kann man die Fenster praktisch nicht öffnen, ohne sofort Mücken im Haus zu haben. * Das Zimmer unserer Kinder roch so stark nach Kanalisation, dass sie die letzte Nacht bei uns schlafen mussten. * Während unseres fünftägigen Aufenthalts wurde das Haus kein einziges Mal gereinigt. * Auch der Pool war leider nicht besonders sauber. * Zudem sind die Häuser sehr hellhörig. Unsere Nachbarn hatten ein Baby, das wir nachts leider regelmäßig gehört haben. Unser Fazit: Comporta ist generell teuer, das ist uns bewusst. Aber bei diesem Preis stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus unserer Sicht überhaupt nicht. Es gibt einfach zu viele Mängel, sodass wir das Pestana leider nicht empfehlen können.
