− Cockroaches in different locations,Poor furnishings, needs to be painted and upgraded, too expensive for the poor condition, and noise from construction next to the apartment

Perfect location in Dubai Marina and there is a parking for 1 car. High floor and a nice view to Marina from apartments, quite scacious and clean.

− Check in process was a bit complicated as we couldnt park our car until we check in and get the parking card. The rest was good )

The place is absolutely amazing! Super clean and new. I would strongly recommend the place to family and friends and anyone. I will definitely stay here again. And the staff are very helpful and responsive.
