تقع الشقة في مكان رائع وقريب من كل الخدمات، والبناية جديدة، وتوجد مواقف خاصة بالشقة، وفيها كل الأداوت المطبخية. مع إطلالة رائعة. ويتوجب على الزبون دفع 2000 درهم تأمين بعد إتمام عملية الحجز، هذا التأمين يجب دفعه عبر رابط إلكتروني، وبعد عملية الدفع سيتم تسليم الزبون إرشادات الدخول إلى الشقة. ثم بعد تسجيل المغادرة سيتم إرجاع المبلغ بعد عدة أيام.

− إدارة المبنى لديهم نظام صارم في آخر يوم عند المغادرة ، حيث يتم إزالة تفعيل بطاقات الدخول والخروج ، ولن يتمكن الزبون من صعود المصعد أو فتح الأبواب.. وهذا الأمر غير جيد. وقد وعدونا بتغيير هذه السياسة. وأتمنى أن يفعلوا ذلك قريبا.
