10.0Чудове помешкання, три станції метро в 5 хвилинах, район спокійний, кімнати чисті, є кондиціонер, телевізор, рушники, вайфай, для двох місця придостатньо, шкаф з вішаками і поличками, все що треба для нетривалого перебування. За 7 днів питань не виникло. В загальній зоні є холодильник, пральна машина, два туалети та два душі, туалетний папір та мило для рук. Номери на другому поверсі, гарна шумоізоляція, на першому поверсі є кафе де можна придбати каву або поїсти, власники дуже привітні і розуміють англійську. Можу радити це мешкання для проживання.

10.0La disponibilité du personnel, en particulier au niveau du petit-déjeuner. J'ai demandé des variantes, qui ont été offertes.
− Le fait que l'adresse n'est pas facile à trouver. Il vaudrait mieux indiquer "Brasserie Alliance, 112 Avenue Jean Jaures". Pour les personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité, attention à l'escalier qui conduit aux chambres.

10.0Very kind staff. Breakfast was delicious. The bathroom is shared but there was no one else there when we were there. Air conditioning was working which was very much needed in the heatwave. Great value. Location good.
