10.0Bardzo miła Pani właścicielka, pomocna w każdej kwestii i zawsze dostępna. Apartamenty są położone blisko Parku Zdrojowego, zatem dla biegaczy DFBG jest to idealna lokalizacja - nie trzeba dojeżdżać autem na start i metę biegów. Sam apartament jest wygodny, dobrze urządzony i wyposażony we wszystko, co może być potrzebne podczas pobytu. Jest szybki internet, trzyszybowe okna zapewniają ciszę wewnątrz, chociaż budynek stoi nad samą rzeką.
− Łóżko i poduszki mogą być trochę za miękkie, jeżeli ktoś woli twardszy materac.
Dobre miejsce na nocleg w Lądku (centrum).
7.0Czyste, kompaktowe studio, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo wygodne spanie ( materac). Całość świeżutka - po generalnym remoncie . Gustowna aranżacja. Bardzo miła właścicielka.
− Niestety hałas jest ogromny bo budynek leży tuż przy ruchliwej ulicy w Lądka Zdroju, do tego parter i okna w zasadzie na chodniku i ulicy. Spanie w stoperach. Jest też kłopot z uzyskaniem ciepłej wody - właścicielka coś wspominała o starych rurach, ale to raczej kwestia braku po prostu zagrzania … nie pomagało spuszczanie wody. Była po prostu bardzo lekko letnia. Z uwagi na upał taka temperatura wody była ok, ale w chłodniejsze dni to raczej słabo akceptowalne - zwłaszcza w cenie za noc równej cenie hotelowej.
Świetne miejsce
9.0Czystko, schudnie, mimo małego pomieszczenia niczego nie brakowało. Właścicielka wspaniała, pomocna, pozytywna ale zupełnie nie narzucająca się. Super lokalizacja. Mimo weekendu brak problemów z parkowaniem, miejsce pod samym budynkiem jak i po drugiej stronie rzeki.
− Przy uchylonych oknach hałas z ulicy, ale jak ktoś na codzień żyje w mieście to raczej bez problemów.
