Lokalizacja apartamentu, blisko wszędzie a jednocześnie cisza i spokój. Wspaniale wyposażony i świetnie urządzony, super widoki z okien i ogromnego balkonu. Bardzo wygodne łóżko.

Idealna lokalizacja - super apartament jeśli ktoś wymieni materac na średnio-twardy bądź twardy.

Znakomita lokalizacja. Najlepsza w jakiej do tej pory byłem w Świeradowie. Jest to mój 5-ty tygodniowy pobyt w tym uzdrowisku. Bliskość sklepów, deptaku, wypożyczalni sprzętu i cisza w nocy. "Welcome pack" dla gości i zwierzaka. Bardzo dobrze przygotowana instrukcja okolicznych atrakcji. Super widok na góry - ogromne okna. Nie trzeba nosić ze sobą klucza.

− Materac na łóżku to jedna wielka porażka 140cm x 200cm i 25cm grubości na sprężynach- bardziej miękkiego chyba nie wyprodukowano. Śpi się na nim jak na materacu z którego uszło powietrze. 2 osoby na nim to totalna porażka. Rekomendowane dla jednego dziecka do maksimum 50kg. Brak kompletu pościeli i ręczników dla wszystkich zameldowanych osób. Klucze do śmietnika znikały z sejfu , przez co nie zawsze można było wyrzucić śmieci. W lodówce w brak możliwości otwarcia zamrażalnika bo ktoś zamienił położenie otwierania drzwiczek i tego nie przemyślał. Lokal oddany kilkanaście miesięcy temu a już urwane pokrętło prysznica. Budynek w okresie przejściowym - sprzedaż apartamentów -w zależności od okresu można się spodziewać że sąsiedzi będą robić remonty pn-pt od 8:00 do 16:00. Występowały chwilowe braki w dostawie wody zimnej. Pokój ładnie posprzątany - zapomnieli jedynie wyczyścić kanapę po rozłożeniu, na szczęście jest odkurzacz.
