− Фейковые аппартаменты. Хозяин не выходил на связь ни с нами, ни со службой Букинга... По итогу оказались на улице с ребенком и пожилым человеком без всякой определенности... Спасибо Букингу-вернули деньги за бронирование и оперативно решили вопрос с альтернативным переселением... Жаль не могли раньше написать отзыв, и вижу по предыдущему отзыву, что люди столкнулись с такой же проблемой уже после нас...

Не бронируйте у него. Просто потерянное время и деньги. Отвратительный сервис.

− Хозяин апартаментов сообщил за несколько дней до поездки о том, что не сможет нас принять, сославшись на необходимость получения дополнительных лицензий. При этом в бронировании все лицензии были указаны. После связи со Службой поддержки booking.com нам сообщили, что связаться с владельцем они не могут - он не отвечает на звонки и сообщения. Но мы должны все равно ехать в этот апартамент, так как владелец не отменяет бронирование. А если мы отменим - то возврата предоплаты 100% уже не будет. Штраф 100%. Спустя несколько дней, поняв, что сервис бронирования в курсе этой ситуации, владелец написал, что примет нас. Однако, ни данных о номере апартамента ни данных, где взять ключи/карту для прохода, нам так и не предоставили. Связались со Службой поддержки вновь. Нам предложили арендовать любой другой апартамент с 50% скидкой. Но по факту вернули только 50% от стоимости данного апартамента. Свое слово не сдержали. В итоге - затраты на переговоры с букингом - 50 долларов до поездки и 50 долларов в роуминге. Новое такси до нового отеля - 40 долларов. Возврата 50% стоимости от нового бронирования до сих пор нет. Ощущения от отпуска - отвратительные.
