8.0Superb location Outside the aesthetic of the Hanok and it's courtyard is beautiful Bathroom is excellent, very modern and good quality toiletries.
− There was no personal interaction. All communication was done via message, check in too. No sheet cover on mattress but this is the norm apparently. It would be better to ask guests in advance if they eat meat (breakfast option) No offer of complimentary tea.or hot water to make my own.

9.0Davvero molto pulito, con tutto il necessario e anche di più. In frigo c’erano due bottigline d’acqua e degli snack. Letto molto comodo, tutto molto nuovo, compresa la cucina.
− L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che non hanno risposto ai miei messaggi la mattina che sono arrivata. All’alloggio non c’era niente e se avessi avuto bisogno, nessuno mi avrebbe aiutato. Per fortuna è andato tutto ok! Avevo richiesto check-in anticipato ma alla fine ho lasciato la valigia in cucina e sono entrata in camera all’orario standard (le 15:00)
