− Communication in the use of the rooftop bar/restaurant was not good. It was closed for private events more than it was open to guests.
Almost boujee, great bed, spacious room, frustrating menu.

4.0Zimmer war sauber, gut eingerichtet und Hotel sowie die Dachterasse war schön.
− -Mitarbeiter an der Reception waren gröstenteils sehr unfreundlich, arrogant und frech. -Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren freundlich! -Ohne zu informieren wurden wir bei Ankunft in ein schlechteres Zimmer eingecheckt als gebucht (über ein halbes Jahr im Voraus gebucht). Wir haben eine Lösung gefunden und sie sagten uns wir bekommen die Steuern und Gebühren vom ganzen Aufenthalt zurück. -Leider haben wir wie versprochen diese Rückerstattung nie bekommen obwohl wir alles schriftlich beweisen konnten. Der Kundendienst von Booking hatte beim Hotel leider auch kein Erfolg. Für mich ist das Verhalten und der Umgang mit Kunden inakzeptabel! Wir werden dieses Hotel nie mehr Buchen. Vielen Dank an das Team vom Kundendienst von Booking.com! Dank Ihnen habe ich den Betrag zurückbekommen, der leider über die Kasse von Ihnen läuft... wäre eigentlich der Job des Hotels gewesen.
