− Manca un area esterna, un balcone o un terrazzo poichè la casa si trova a piano terra. Unica nota dolente la doccia di uno dei due bagni che si è allagato subito, costringendo a dividere l'altro bagno per otto persone. Nella casa non sono presenti inoltre stracci e secchi. Nonostante la segnalazione la proprietà non ha risolto il problema.
