Spacious 2BR Suites at MOA

No wifi which is very important specially for an OFW like me who needs internet and doesn't have a phone reception.T

There is no wifi.Not even a phone reception so none of our phones is working.We had to go out to send a message to the host to ask if there is any wifi and to ask for the password but we have not been responded to.This is the only unit that i have booked which doesn't have wifi and this was very inconvenient.I wish next time they could set up one for their future guest.

− There is no wifi There is water dripping from the aircondition in the lounge and there they put a bucket to catch the water dripping.

The place was decent enough, but we had issues communicating with the host

The place itself was okay. The unit was spacious and all the rooms had their own aircon units. The amenities were as advertised. It was able to fit all 6 people in our group with enough space to be comfortable for all of us. It was also in a good location with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

− It was communicating with the host that was the main problem with our stay. The host themselves didn't meet us at the place and we communicated entirely through phone. They didn't provide the basic information we needed at check-in beforehand and I had to personally ask them for it once we arrived at the property. They didn't properly fill out the Guest Authorization Form with their unit and tower number and we had to wait for the receptionist to get the information themselves. They also didn't give us the room passcode beforehand and I had to remind them once again. They were also unresponsive the first time I asked them for the wifi password. We then ran into a problem with the room's passcode. We were unaware that the code would not work after it was used a few times in succession, even though the passcode remained the same. We were testing it out to make sure that it would lock properly and found that it wouldn't open even when we entered the same exact code. It was very confusing and caused us some stress as we weren't sure if it would lock us out. The receptionist told us that the code on these smart locks would expire and it would needed to be reset. When I asked for an explanation from the host, they said that the code they sent was correct but it would stop working after it was tried a few times (?). We eventually got it to work but we needed to space out the attempts and even then, there were times where the lock just wouldn't let us in. We understand if this was made as an extra security measure, but a prior notification about the system and the basic information of our stay (unit and tower number, room code, wifi password, etc.) would have been appreciated, instead of us having to hound the host for this information which could have been avoided if we had just been told about it beforehand.

We had a good stay.

Same as the picture provided Close approximately to the Sm Moa 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms condo Which accommodates us all nicely

− Though the place was clean the bed was bit hard, washer doesn’t work and the ac unit was leaking in the living room on our last day which we did mention just incase Otherwise we had a good few days stay
