Disappointing and distressing at times , really hoping I get my money back that was taken without my consent

Spacious, nice games room

− The property took 3 lots of £380 out of my bank that I’m still waiting to be put back in ! The pool was green upon arrival so we contacted them , they sent someone to clean it however we still couldn’t use it for a few days due to too many chemicals in it which stripped the colour from our swim wear , when we could use the pool one of our party cut his foot open on a screw sticking out of the pool filter, it was a very deep wound which needed dressing daily and he then needed to hire a wheelchair to go to the Disney parks for the remainder of our stay and miss out on the Disney water parks , we contacted them again to let them know and were basically ignored, messages were read and not responded too so we gave up . Obviously not great and put a dampener on our family holiday

My favorite part about staying here was how much space we got. From the game room to the pool area, there was enough room for everyone to enjoy. We really love the theater room upstairs. And we're able to watch multiple movies on various platforms.

− The only thing I did not like about the stay was that it was too short. I will book this house again for my next vacation. We tried to get the hot tub to heat up, but the temperature never went up. It may not be serviced. Other than that our stay was excellent. I only want to stay in that house when I visit Florida again.
