− Komunikacja przy zameldowaniu, wykupiony przez Booking, opłata turystyczna na inne konto. Poprawa ustawienia mebli w apartamencie, sofa utrudnia dostęp do szafy. Problemy z ciepłą wodą przy porannej toalecie. Odgłosy wentylacji w porze nocnej.

10.0Super lokalizacja, piękne widoki. Strefa spa, jacuzzi oraz basenów idealna na wypoczynek. Pokoje urządzone w przepięknym stylu, wygodne łóżka. Miłym akcentem był wyposażony pokój w herbaty, płyny do kąpieli oraz do pielęgnacji.
− Recepcja w hotelu źle kierowała do apartamentu. Jednak dzwoniąc na numer wskazany od Wonder Hill uzyskałam wskazówkę jak dotrzeć do pokoju. Słabe i mało widzę oznaczania budynków, zwłaszcza po zmroku.

10.0Piękne miejsce z profesjonalną obsługą. Pokój bardzo przyjemny. Cieplutko. Bardzo miły prezent powitalny. Dla nas duży plus - to brak kluczy - elektroniczna klamka. Niedaleko jest zamek księcia Henryka, można też spacerować wyznaczonymi trasami. Basen trochę mały, jak na tak duży kompleks. Jest też strefa zewnętrzna - polecam jacuzzi 👍 W restauracji próbowaliśmy dań z karty - kaczka w sosie czekoladowo-wiśniowym - rewelacja. Jak ktoś lubi krewetki - polecam półmisek owoców morza. Co tu mówić - myślę, że tu wrócimy na dłużej ☺️
Niby fajnie, ale… nie dokonca zdałam sobie sprawę podczas rezerwacji że to sprywatyzowany pokój w lake hill resort. Śnia
5.0Obsługa głównego obiektu, czyli Lake Hill Resort. Miła Pani z Wonder Hill która pomogła mi zlokalizować pokój.
− Było bardzo zimno w pokoju, podróżowaliśmy z małym dzieckiem, jeśli ktokolwiek zdecyduje się na wynajem pokoju 1010 w zimie, proszę zabrać ze sobą koc i ciepłe piżamy.
