− All'inizio i codici di accesso alla struttura non funzionavano, ma con la chat dell'assistenza abbiamo risolto. Noi siamo arrivati nel pomeriggio e ci hanno risposto subito, quindi nulla di negativo, spero che anche la sera.

10.0L'appartement est grand, très lumineux, la cuisine parfaitement équipée, la literie vraiment confortable et surtout d'une extrême propreté. J'ai toujours réussi à trouver une place de stationnement qui est gratuit dans les rues autour du logement. Situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme, le centre historique se trouve à 15 minutes à pied. La communication avec le service chargé de la gestion de l'appartement a toujours été de qualité, à l'écoute et surtout très réactif à mes questions. Aussi, je recommande sans hésitation ce logement à La Laguna
− La seule petite chose à signaler est qu'une caution m'a été demandée avant mon arrivée avec paiement par carte en ligne et restitution 10 jours après le départ. Mais cette information ne figurant pas dans les conditions particulières de l'annonce sur Booking, cette caution ne m'a finalement pas été exigée par le gestionnaire du logement.
