10.0This was a last minute booking. I had no idea what I had booked. We were at dinner and Simon messaged us asking what time we were arriving, this was when I realized it was a guesthouse. He was very pleasant and kind. Normally check-in is before 9 pm and we didn't get there until 10:30. We were thankful for his graciousness. Breakfast was included and cooked to order. It was lovely and a great way to start our day. The colour scheme was fun and bright and again Simon was on top of everything. We arrived left and left early. If we were back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

10.0Stayed with my family in a top floor room. The owners/hosts are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. I felt they genuinely cared about our stay, the room was spotlessly clean , comfy and modern. Would stay again in a heart beat. Keep up the great work. A+++++
