A RIGHT MESS!
1.0They turned me away saying they were full. You STILL have NOT refunded the money you took off me before you would allow the booking to take place.
− REFUNDING MY MONEY STRAIGHT AWAY. They turned me away and said they were full.
It was a terrible experience. I will never stay here again.

− The male receptionist of the building was rude. He kept on insisting that I should provide him the room number. The over of the unit didn’t give us prior instructions. We waited in the lobby for 30 mins. until the caretaker of the unit arrived.
