10.0The four of us stayed there for two nights, and everything was perfect. The owner was extremely attentive to our needs and quick to make recommendations and answer our questions. Everything was provided, including dishwasher tablets and a washer pod. The condo was very clean, well located, and offered an amazing view. We felt secure and were spoiled with fireworks on December 31, right in front of the condo. Within two blocks, we found a mini market with everything we needed, coffee shops (George), Smash Burger and coffee for breakfast, and Salt & Sage for an amazing dinner. The very long beach is across the street, and the V&A Waterfront (downtown) is located about 20 minutes away. There were four gated visitor parking spaces available.

6.0There was a problem with water in the morning where water pressure was low. Heavy winds left a constant whistling noise through the windows. Lovely beach though. Pity it was so windy.
