The check in process was awful. They don’t have an easy way to get into the room, no one to help you even when you call or message. The room was great. Needs better management, or any at all.

Très belle décoration de la chambre, avec notamment le plafond. Logement bien situé proche du centre de Firenze. Chambre bien équipée (cafetière, mini frigo,...) Pas d'ascenseur mais escalier facile. Arrivée en autonomie parfaite. A recommander
