10.0We wanted a clean room to sleep. It was quite clean. Out expectations were met. Staff was very nice and helpful. Shared bathroom was not a problem.

4.0False advertising, actually a hostel with shared bathrooms. Hostels are fine, but for 200$ a night a person wants a private bathroom. The person checking me in claimed that the hostel proceeds go towards feeding the homeless, but aren't there better things you can do for the homeless besides be a landlord in Chelsea? Most rooms are on a several floor walk up with no elevator, so beware if you have disabilities or many bags. The bed was fine.

10.0During my stay in NYC I couldn’t have stayed at a better place. Even though guests share the bathroom, it was not a big deal and the staff were very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.
