10.0First off the concierge services from Mr Clovis and Mr Phillip were absolutely exceptional. They helped me before I arrived and all during my stay. Mr Phillip went the extra mile to help celebrate my birthday with a little surpise cake and some singing!!! Both gentlemen were genuine and friendly and so were the staff members i encountered. The property is spectacular, the art, the sculptures, the ducks absolutely fabulous however i did notice a few issues. It seemed that my tub was backwards. It would have been so easy to turn on the faucet if it were not at the furthest point away from me or maybe it was made for people with extra long arms. A grab bar is definitely needed. The coffee maker was terrible. It was difficult to use and the water was not nearly hot enough for coffee or tea. A kuerig would be a great replacement. Lastly there are some trip hazards in the room, one being the carpet that slopes downward slightly. Its hard to explain but my ankle felt it because i did not know the slope was coming. Same is true for the entrance to the bathroom. The threshold seemed somewhat oversized and I assumed it would flat. Last thing is that it would be fabulous if you can order drinks or snacks from the pool. All in all it was still a great stay and I would definitely come back.
