The room was27 C in the evening and It was impossible to sleep as the air-conditioning did not work and leaving the windows open was extremely noisy. the next day when I asked the reception about the failure of the air-conditioning. I was told that it is now winter season in the air condition does not work. I have rarely seen the front desk staff care so little.

Very nice apartment hotel. Service was friendly and the condition was very good. Front desk used my name from the first to lasr contact. That makes me feel welcome. Thanks David. Very clean and comfortable room. Linned very good. Nice bed. Good bathroom.big TV's. Only missing to be able to connect ny phone to the TV. That wasn't possible. Only improvement I can think about. Thanks Be Mate Trafalgar

A região tem muitos bares e restaurantes, ideal para aproveitar a vida local. O quarto conta com cozinha, ótimo para quem vai ficar mais dias e quer preparar o próprio café da manhã. A estação de metrô fica muito próxima, mas também é fácil sair caminhando — e essa é, sem dúvida, a melhor forma de conhecer a cidade.

Awesome apartment hotel

Phenomenal place in my favorite part of Madrid away from the madness of centro. Everything was great and the balcony was very pleasant. Only thing I’d add is to offer more frequent cleanings and paper towels, salt, oil and basic cooking supplies. Nonetheless the stay was awesome and the staff was very helpful.
