2.0This is a guesthouse/hostel. The bathroom is shared and there are padlocks on the bedroom doors. It is not as advertised and we immediately left and booked another accommodation after finding people who were sleeping in their cars who had access to the house.

2.0Overall felt unclean and misled The property details omitted the fact that it had a communal bathroom for 4 rooms for up to 16 people. We ended up sharing 1 single bathroom with 3 other families. All were surprised. Having knowledge of this is critical for families with young children. On the listing, only the kitchen was disclosed as communal. Additionally, the trash outside was overflowing and the bathroom window was left ajar leading to many flies in the property.

6.0Small room, but good kitchen facilities. Location about 6km from Circular Road (1), near a canyon at the end of the Joküsla River. about 20min drive from Egilsstadir.
