Our accessible rooms offer more space, a double or kingsize bed between 480mm and 520mm in height, and wider entry bathrooms with a lowered bath or wet room. At our hotels with 480mm height mattresses, our teams may be able to raise the bed for easier wheelchair access. Very good option if you want to be near Karlsruhe Station.
9.0Good location if you use the station. Easy check in. Rooms comfortable and a decent size, bathrooms really good.. The whole place is very clean. It is a new hotel, opened in 2026, I believe, and evrything was as expected.

9.0Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs gelegen. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist in weniger als 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Obwohl an der Bahnlinie liegt, war das Zimmer ruhig.

Approx 70 spaces, 4 disabled bays (both underground and overground spaces). Cost: 9 GBP for 24 hours. Car park managed by Horizon Parking. Height restriction on underground car park, no height restriction on overflow car park which is overground. Space for coaches.
Exit M25 J28, continue on the A12 to J33, take the 3rd exit at the roundabout onto A14. Exit A14 J56, at roundabout take 2nd exit (Ipswich Central A137). Continue on A137 over 4 roundabouts following signs for town centre. Continue over the traffic lights, at next roundabout take 2nd exit, at double roundabout take 2nd exit following through traffic signs, Orwell Quay/Cliff Quay, turn right onto lower Orwell St, take right following signs to Manningtree, arrive at hotel.
