6.0One bath towel 2 adults? Blocked sink? Charged 15 pounds to check in an hour early when we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. If you need to stay in this area it has a restaurant on site , it’s ok but not geat
Quality - again
10.0Premier Inn is always a quality experience. This one is perfectly placed to visit family. After a 6/7 hour drive a room with an assured night’s sleep is very welcome. The shower was outstanding - spacious, easy controls and up to heat immediately.

10.0Lovely, super friendly staff, both in reception and the breakfast room. excellent value for money, everything you could possibly want or need. Room was spotless, breakfast absolutely fantastic, cooked to perfection by a lovely friendly lady. Reception staff were so helpful, letting us know nice places to visit. Will definitely be staying again and would recommend to all.

4.0I stayed here last weekend. Hotel is dated could do with a good refurb, I don't know the last time the windows were cleaned they were very dirty indeed. I stayed on the 1st floor above the Slug and lettuce which was quite noisy on the Saturday night. Breakfast was amazing

10.0This is the second time I have been to this Premier Inn. Its clean and comfortable. Location is perfect in the town centre. Despite being in the town there is little external noise so its quiet. Parking in St Johns nearby was very easy and also reasonably priced; I wish more towns and cities were so easy and sensibly priced. The staff were very helpful and friendly .Will go again
