As well as more space, a double or kingsize bed between 480mm and 520mm in height, and wider entry bathrooms with a lowered bath or wet room, our Premier Plus Accessible rooms offer Ultimate Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, a mini-fridge, bedside USB ports, an iron, an upgraded workspace and more. At our hotels with 480mm height mattresses, our teams may be able to raise the bed for easier wheelchair access.

2.0I got bitten what I think was bed bugs during my stay. Tried to get in contact with the hotel after my visit to hear if they have had problems, but almost impossible so I gave up in the end.
Great venue for a visit to friends and family
10.0Just off a main road the hotel is near the railway station and bus stops. It's just a very short walk to the small historic town. Double glazing ensures the rooms and public areas are quiet. This Premier Inn has a very large car park with ample ample parking available. The hotel offers the full range of rooms promoted by Premier and our room was very clean and comfortable. A popular Beefeater Restaurant adjoins the hotel and provides a good breakfast, specific lunchtime menu and full 'all round' family evening dining menu. Alternatively the town offers a selection of cafes, pubs and restaurants. We use this hotel to visit family and friends as it's easier to invite them to join us for breakfast, lunch or dinner there than for us to try and visit them individually. It works very well. Very satisfied with Premier and Beefeater.
VERY LITTLE FOOD
2.0We have visited the Premier Inn at Warwick several times and found it satisfactory, unfortunately the last time we were there it was horrendous, very little food, hardly any staff, the place was cold. Fortunately our room was clean which was a good point. Will we be visiting again not until there are big changes.
Save the hassle and dont stay here
2.0We arrived at 9pm after a 5hr car journey , the room stunk of urine, and the bed sheet was stained and wet , with several long black human hairs in the bed. We immeadiatley contacted the lady on reception who came to look and we asked for another room , which she said they couldnt offer as they were full. We wouldnt have left a pet in that room never mind a guest. We found a best western hotel at chigwell and stayed there . When we asked for a refund 2 days later by email they had provided they firstly claimed we checked out the following day , then after 9 days investigating they have offered 41pound refund from 110 pound paid . The staff at this hotel are not honest to their own people and the crap they have made up is ridiculous , claiming they offered to clean room and sheets ,when they told us nobody was available as it was late at night and a weekend.
