Excellent service
10.0Had a wonderful nights stay for an airport pick up. Ashen on the front desk was amazingly helpful, with advice on ways to get to the airport for the pick up. The rooms was clean, standard premier inn room, it had a nice big bed. Breakfast was wonderful, the hotel was quiet so they cooked it order and it was lovely. Nice and hot and well cooked. The breakfast waiter said he was new, but he was extremely good.
Should be closed for urgent refurbishment
2.0While the staff are lovely and clearly doing their best, the hotel itself is in urgent need of refurbishment. The rooms feel tired and overdue for investment, a concern echoed by other guests during my stay. For a property so close to Heathrow, which likely sees a steady flow of visitors, the current standard falls short. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return unless the rooms are significantly improved
Great price excellent service
10.0The stay was as always reasonably priced and pleasant. We were particularly impressed with the service we received from all the staff during our stay but extremely impressed with the young man Rahul that looked after our table at breakfast, he was extremely attentive polite and looked after us really well,
Excellent restful and great food
10.0Attentive, helpful, friendly staff. Bedroom very clean, bed very comfortable, very quiet, undisturbed sleep. Breakfast excellent. Inexpensive link bus to our terminal and driver very polite. Too tired for an evening meal due to long haul flight so unable to comment.
Great Value
10.0Great location for parking at Heathrow T5. Staff very friendly, food great and a quiet and comfortable nights stay at a reasonable price. The bar area could be made a bit more comfortable but fine for a drink.
Good location but awful smell in room
4.0The hotel itself is in a good location and is good value for money but the room we were in smelt soooo strongly of smoke it was awful.
Onsite parking, 6 disabled bays. Cost: 12 GBP per night when staying at the hotel only. No height restriction. Space for large vehicles. Car park managed by Horizon Parking.
From M4 exit Jtn 4 then follow signs to Uxbridge remaining in left hand lane. Bear left following signs for other routes and Hayes. At give way point, use as a roundabout and take the 4th exit off (sign posted Hayes). The hotel is 200 yards away on the right hand side.SAT NAV - UB3 1RW
