10.0Prostrano, čisto, dvorište predivno, lokacija je odmah pored šetališta a opet je mirno, smeštaj ima sve šta je potrebno za boravak porodice, sa bebom smo bili i doći ćemo rado opet.

1.0− Kuća nema dobru izolaciju tako da iako se uključe svi grejači sporo i nedovoljno će se zagrejati pojedine prostorije, npr kuhinja, kupatilo i jedna spavaća soba u kojoj nema grejača nego je nada da će klima u dnevnoj sobi zagrejati i nju, ali ta nada je pogrešna. Apsolutno za izbegavanje ako su spoljne temperature niske.
Smeštaj je prelep I komforan, za porodicu savršen. Osećali smo se kao kod svoje kuće.
