Schöne Unterkunft mit organisatorischen Schwächen und einem leider wenig lösungsorientierten Umgang
5.0Unterkunft war sauber und in einem guten Zustand.
− Die Unterkunft war zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt noch nicht bezugsfertig. Zudem war das beworbene WLAN praktisch nicht nutzbar. Auf unsere Nachfrage reagierte der Vermieter lediglich mit dem Hinweis, hier sei „halt ein Funkloch“ und man solle schließlich Urlaub machen. Das empfanden wir wenig kundenorientiert.

Een prachtige omgeving midden in de wijngaarden. Geen socialmedia, of TV een beetje email.
8.0Het appartement ligt in het centrum van Trittenheim. Een dorpje met veel wijnhuizen. Er is een bakker, een supermarkt en heel veel wijnhuizen. Het appartement was schoon en het bed en badkamer prima
− Een flinke tegenvaller was het gebrek aan een goede WIFI verbinding. De eerste 2 dagen druppelde er nog wel wat signaal binnen, daarna stopte het WIFI-signaal helemaal. Ook 4G verbinding is ronduit slecht. Er was een TV-toestel in het appartement maar die had geen contact met de buitenwereld. De verhuurder gemeld maar er kwam geen response terug.
