1.0The only thing that worked for me on my stay was the Air conditioning
− I got a notification that my room was ready. I called to the location and went to the lock box for the key and there were no keys. I contacted the owner through booking.com email and the follow up was poor. The least I would have expected was a call. Eventually when I went back the keys were there but my room looked like a fight was the last thing that happened there. I made a video and sent it to the owner. I did get another room for that night. And later the next day got my intended room. Everything was not as advertised. All toiletries were watered down. Lack of toilet paper I bought my own and left three rolls there. WiFi not working. On the balcony was a bucket for the AC water to collect it was full which leaked onto the balcony so when you went out to hang cloths to dry you stood in water from the bucket that had cigarette butt's in it. The waste rubbish from previous tenants was left under the kitchen sink. There was no segregation of waste and no indication of days for waste to be left out for the bin company's. In comparison I had to book another room for one night else where not 10mins away and the difference in the quality and price blow my mind. This could have been just a bad week for the owner but the made no effort to come and meet me to discuss this situation and there was no offer of any recompense. I've been visiting Gozo since 2012 and lived there in 2017 for a year and I have to say this was not a great experience, sadly.

We did enjoy our stay above all as it was very near public transport and in the middle of Raba
8.0The room was comfortable and it had a lovely terrace included. We could enjoy the lovely view of the Cittadella which is right opposite.
− We needed more pillows and the AC was throwing water from the front flaps. The owner was unreachable through messages. He only phoned us back whilst we were about to check out
