10.0Останавливались в отеле всего на один день, но успели получить огромное удовольствие! Отель просто отличный: всё абсолютно свежее, новое и очень чистое. Особо хочется отметить кровать — матрас невероятно удобный, спали буквально как младенцы! Очень радует, когда владельцы отеля не экономят на сне гостей. При заселении приятно порадовало внимание к деталям: нам сразу предложили бутилированную воду. Отдельная благодарность владельцам — очень душевные, гостеприимные и тёплые люди. В такую атмосферу хочется возвращаться. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова!

10.0Отель новый, персонал и владельцы очень отзывчивые. Есть всё для комфортного размещения. Общественный пляж на берегу озера Севан в пешей доступности. До центра города тоже идти минут 18.
