Nous avons passé un moment agréable, avons adoré les repas, mais personnel vraiment insuffisant pour ce niveau de tarifs
7.0Le cadre était magnifique. C’était très calme, dans un environnement verdoyant. Loin du bruit de la fete et de l’agitation de l’île. La déco est choisie avec soin. Les extérieurs sont somptueux. Petit déjeuner et table excellente. Restez y dîner un soir, ça vaut le détour!
− Très forte odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain. Pas de machine à café dans la chambre. Pas de petite attention. Personnel minimum (personne pour vous accueillir. Leur écrire un whatsapp quand on arrive…) qui plus est pas toujours aimable. Impossible de petit déjeuner dehors alors que les jardins et les espaces extérieurs sont magnifiques. Quad nous avons demandé 2 justifications: Il n’y avait qu’une seule personne au service Il n’y a pas de machine à café dehors (alors qu’il y a un grand bar!!!) Quad on paye 650€ la nuit, on attend un accueil généreux et chaleureux… ici un grand zéro. C’est dommage car il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit parfait.
