Mooi appartement in een mooie omgeving
10.0Mooi smaakvol en ruim appartement. Keurig sanitair, en fijn schoon bij aankomst. Mooie omgeving ook voor een avondwandeling. Nabij een station om naar Berlijn centrum te kunnen. Supermarkt in de buurt en twee restaurantjes.
− Ik weet niet of ik verkeerd gelezen heb maar uit de advertentie dacht ik dat er een aparte slaapkamer was. Dat is helaas niet het geval. Ik heb een luchtbed in de keuken gelegd, dat ging ook goed.

− In der Küche keinen Blickschutz am Fenster, Sauberkeit war nicht so toll (viele Spinnweben) leider...
Positives hält sich die Waage mit Einschränkungen über alles aber lohnenswert!
8.0Da es eine Wohnung mit digitaler Schlüsselübergabe ist (Boardinghouse Charakter) ist der Check In eine Herausforderung, da der Safe nicht direkt am Gebäude ist. Ist man über diese Hürde gesprungen beginnt ein guter Aufenthalt mit etwas lauten Einflüssen von Straße und Tram. Sehr schöne Umgebung und top Frühstück/Lunch/Dinner im 50 m entfernten Tous Les Jour.
− Kompliziertes Check In und Lärm
Tolle Lage und super Betten - Abzüge bei der Dusche
7.0Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft insgesamt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft selbst und die gesamte Umgebung sind wirklich wunderschön. Es war super gemütlich und vor allem die Betten waren extrem bequem, sodass wir fantastisch geschlafen haben. Die Küche war für unsere Bedürfnisse ebenfalls ausreichend ausgestattet.
− Einen kleinen Punktabzug gibt es allerdings für das Badezimmer: Die Dusche ist sehr tief und die Duschabtrennung hat leider fast gar nichts gebracht, wodurch das Bad nach dem Duschen schnell unter Wasser stand.
