9.0This is a wonderful apartment for a small family or small group of friends. It is very clean and everything is looked after very well. We did not need to contact our host Nausica at all once she had checked us in. The kitchen is up to date and easy to use, with a dishwasher, very helpful. We stayed early September and the apartment was cool enough with a little help from air con at times. The beds are super comfy. Well located to get around Venice, lots of good restaurants, get some recommendations from friends if you can.
− Well if I was being picky, another arm chair in the lounge would be helpful, although space may not allow. Only other thing if you are a light sleeper be prepared to hear the bar below setting up for the day at 7.00, didn’t bother us particularly I found it part of the experience of Venice life, and I was able to snooze on.
Quiet location but easy to access main sights.

10.0Perfect location for our itinerary. Close to the ferry stops and San Marco. The hostess was very helpful and answered all our questions. Property was very clean and the kitchen was well apportioned. Definitely would stay there again.
