Spacious and spotless stay in Furumachi

Great location in the Furumachi area, close to old school shops, restaurants and bars. It was nice staying somewhere with much more space compared to typical hotel rooms in Japan. Easy communication and entry using code provided prior to stay. The place was spotlessly clean and the bed and shower were both excellent. The toiletries provided were also very thoughtful. There are around 15 fairly steep stairs inside and the toilet is downstairs, so it may not suit everyone. We just left our luggage downstairs and carried up what we needed. There is no laundry onsite, but a good coin laundry is only a short walk away. Caught a taxi to and from Niigata station with our luggage but could walk everywhere otherwise. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

− 階段が真っ黒なので段差が微妙に分かりづらかった。景観を損なわない程度にデープなどで段差がわかると良いと思った

・場所は大変便利なところでした ・部屋も大変清潔でした ・オーナーの対応が大変親切で好感が持てました ・備え付けの書籍が大変興味の持てるものでした ・ベッドの質が良く快適でした

− ・特に2Fから降りる際に階段が漆黒に塗装されているためにステップが大変見づらく怖かった→ステップの先端にラインなどが有ればよいのですが・・・ ・天井からつるされたリビングのランプの位置が低いため何度か真ん中のランプに頭をぶつけてしまった ・寒い時期エアコンを使うと湿度が下がりすぎるので加湿器が有ればよかったのですが・・・
