7.0The location, the size of the unit, the AC was amazing, and the backyard was great.
− Some of the cups weren't clean, and several beds kept squeeking. Also, the checkout was too early (10 AM), should be around 12 PM
Quaint area to relax and easy accessibility to Blue Mountain Village
10.0Great access to the Blue Mountain Convention Center & Blue Moutain Village. Also a quick walk to the pool & hot tub spa amenities. Well stock with kitchen & bbq tools and equipment alongside a dishwasher.
− Unfortunately one of the 3 barstools was missing a bolt so we have to keep it on the side on the floor out of reach for safety reasons. Also luckily for us we didn't lose our key fob for the pool but they are very small and not labelled for the rooms so there's a good chance of losing them or mixing them up with other guests at the pool.
We very much enjoyed our stay, and would definitely try to book for a future visit.
8.0The unit was very clean, the location was perfect, wifi was great, the local Vacasa personnel were extremely friendly and helpful ( Candice, Tracy ), they also helped a lot with special request that I had
− The entry door could be tricky when entering the code , the TV was a bit cumbersome to navigate, and not a ton of viewing options. It would be helpful to know in advance if guests should bring things like foil, plastic wrap, facial tissue, etc.
Great little getaway place! Space in spades!
9.0The unit was spacious and in good order generally. Staff were very responsive when we had trouble with the door code. The location was perfect. The bed were comfortable and lots of room around the bed to walk around. The view was beautiful and the hot tub a delight! We will be back!!
− The only thing I would suggest is that they fix the kitchen faucet (very loose) and replace the handle on the dishwasher lock as it was difficult to find without the plastic on it. Also saw a cobweb from the light fixture and a rotten lemon found behind the TV. Missed when they cleaned before we got there.
