− The property is really neglected and not maintained properly. Dusty furniture , smelly washrooms , dirty windows , Etc . Needs deep cleaning

10.0We had a wonderful stay at Coocasa Resort in Mahabaleshwar. The cottages were clean, cozy, and very well maintained. The owner was friendly and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The weather was amazing, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It was a peaceful place to relax, and we would happily stay here again.
