Lokalizacja świetna! Kontakt z gospodarzem wzorowy. Mieszkanie wyremontowane, bardzo duże.

− Minusem był brak takich elementów jak suszarka na ubrania (poprosiliśmy jednak gospodarza i przyniósł do mieszkania), detergentu do prania (skoro była pralka). Mieszkanie mogłoby też być bardziej przytulne - było duże i dość puste, niosło się echo :)

Spacious, comfortable, good facilities, quiet, easy access (one flight of stairs), parking is close, central, good host. I would definitely stay again.

Exceptionally clean and the complimentary amenities was a nice touch. Rolando was very accommodating and helpful with local attractions and restaurants. The unit is located in the heart of Arco but has a private car park literally off the main road which guarantees stress free parking.

Very nice accomodation in the centre of Arco, windows from bedroom were to the courtyard, so the main road was on the other side, that was perfect. Nice view to Arco castle from the window. Owner was very kind and comunication with him was perfect.

Better than in the pictures, great condition and impeccable cleanliness. The owner met us in the parking lot, showed us where to park and handed over the keys - perfect check-in experience. The parking is only a few meters away from the apartment, and the apartment itself is facing inner court that is quiet, and has a nice view of the Arco castle. The town center is a stone throw away.

− The only small thing is that really the second expandable sofa makes a bit of an obstacle when walking around the apartment, also very close to the kitchen, but you can't expect everything ideal for the price - the value ratio is still excellent and for children this bed was very comfy.
