10.0Very spacious a traditionally furnished appartment, all equipment available, great location in walking distance from all the relevant spots, but still hidden in a quiet side area. Lovely view down the channel. Very helpfull lady assisting us with checkin/checkout. Overall a great experience.
− Nothing worth mentioning, all was perfect. What might be relevant to mention is - the building itself is undergoing a reconstruction, so there were a couple of construction people moving around, but we´ve not been disturbed at all (we´ve been downtown most of the day anyway...)

10.0We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful and charming apartment. The house has a unique, mystical atmosphere and is decorated in a traditional Venetian style, which made our experience feel truly authentic. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. Its location was convenient, with most of Venice’s main attractions reachable within about 15 minutes on foot. The host was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated all the useful advice provided before and during our stay, including directions on how to get there, recommendations for nearby restaurants, and helpful tips about what to do (and what to avoid) in Venice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Venetian experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A beautiful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Venice.
9.0The apartment was so beautiful! We loved our stay and the calm quiet location even while being so central. It was easy to pick up and leave the keys, instructions were simple for finding the flat. Thank you for hosting us.

10.0We truly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. I traveled with my parents, and the main purpose of our trip was to visit San Lazzaro Island. Alessandra and Ksenia are very warm and welcoming hosts. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and has a very authentic character. The location of the apartment is also nice, close to the Rialto bridge
