10.0From 28 year old Canadian’s - This was honestly my wife and I’s best hotel stay ever. Wonderful hosts - a family owned business. The breakfast and onsen are a MUST try. Would 100% recommend. We will be back.

10.0Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans ce magnifique ryokan traditionnel japonais, qui dispose également d’un onsen réservé à sa clientèle. Notre chambre, spacieuse, très agréable et parfaitement entretenue, offrait une superbe vue sur le mont Fuji. Dormir sur des futons et déguster un véritable petit-déjeuner japonais nous a permis de vivre une expérience authentique, qui restera l’un des plus beaux souvenirs de notre voyage. On remarque immédiatement l’attention portée aux moindres détails par nos hôtes. Mais le véritable point fort de notre séjour a été leur accueil : à la fois très professionnel, profondément humain, chaleureux et familial. Nous nous sommes sentis sincèrement les bienvenus tout au long de notre séjour. Je remercie chaleureusement toute l’équipe pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et toutes les délicates attentions qu’elle a eues à notre égard. C’est une adresse que je recommande sans la moindre hésitation et où je reviendrai avec plaisir, à une autre saison, pour découvrir le mont Fuji sous un autre visage et revivre cette si belle expérience.
