9.0− Unfortunately, the level of service did not match the quality of the apartment. We booked the apartment for three guests, including our 6-year-old son. Upon arrival, we found only two sets of towels, and the sofa bed where my husband was supposed to sleep had not been prepared. After asking for bedding, the owner left only a fitted sheet at our door, without a proper sleeping pillow, pillowcase or duvet cover. Another disappointing aspect was the towel policy. We were informed that towels are not changed for stays shorter than seven nights, and there is no washing machine available in the apartment. During a summer holiday, when families spend every day at the lake or the beach, using the same towels throughout the stay is simply not practical. We understand and appreciate environmentally friendly policies, but offering one towel change during a week-long stay, or making it available upon request, would greatly improve the guest experience. Overall, this is a beautiful apartment that we would gladly recommend for its comfort, cleanliness and location. However, we hope the owners will pay a little more attention to these practical details, as they can significantly affect an otherwise excellent stay.
