5.0Once I got to the room, everything I needed was there and it was comfortable.
− I couldn't find the hotel entrance and wandered around for quite a while on a snow-covered sidewalk. It's definitely difficult to find, especially for foreigners, so it would be helpful if directions were provided in advance.

МЫШЬ в номере бегала!
1.0Абсолютно ничего, кроме локации
− Номер прокуренный, старый ремонт, туалет вообще весь сыпется. в номере ночью бегала МЫШЬ!!!! Я проснулась в 3 часа ночи от шума ее когтей, потому что она туда-сюда бегала! Я была в шоке, что долго не могла уснуть, боялась что она взаберется на кровать и спала после со включённым светом! Персонал может тупо в коридоре ночью ругаться между собой, орут, хлопают дверью! В номерах висит табличка не курить, однако сами администраторы курили на балконе соседнего номера, это вообще даже не номера, а просто комнаты в жилом комплексе! Грязно, воняет не то слово, в общем 1 из 10
