8.0Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, da haben wir nichts vermisst. Ein Rewe- und ein Aldimarkt sind ganz nah dabei. Wir waren mit dem Hund sofort im Grünen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt.
− Da es sich um eine Souterrain-Wohnung handelt fehlt natürlich die Aussicht und man benötigt den ganzen Tag elektrisches Licht. Das ist in der Beschreibung aber auch angegeben. Die Betten waren uns persönlich zu weich. Für ein Wochenende war es für uns okay.

4.0Parkplatz auf der Straße direkt vom Haus Bushaltestelle vor der Tür Rewe und Aldi 100 m entfernt Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern 5 km zur Altstadt von Hildesheim
− Uns war nach der Beschreibung der Wohnung nicht klar gewesen, dass es sich um eine Kellerwohnung handelt. Selbst bei Sonnenschein konnte man im Wohnzimmer nur dann ein Buch lesen, wenn man das Deckenlicht einschaltete - von Aussicht ganz zu schweigen. Die Wohnung ist nicht geeignet für Hundehaarallergiker, weil im Haus ein - sehr gut erzogener - Schäferhund wohnt.
