− 宿の奥さまの、相手の立場を考えない指示や主張に 困惑した 宿の旦那様は、チェックイン手続きさえスムーズに進められないほど高齢であった 宿の方はロシア語しか話せないのに翻訳ソフトを使いこなせず、あるいは翻訳ソフトを使おうとせず、コミュニケーションが難しかった クレジットカードが使えなかった WiFiが弱く朝晩繋がらなかった 夕食などの食事店が周囲に少なかった
