10.0A localização é excelente. Perto de mercados padaria,peixaria,farmácia. Comércio em geral. Bem próximo a praia do Forte, apenas 15 minutos! A casa é bem aconchegante. Tem tudo que precisa! A dona Graça é uma exelente pessoa!
