Ruhige Lage, genügend Platz, sehr schönes Wohnzimmer , die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber mit Ausnahme des Backofens und Pfannen und Töpfe in der Küche , sehr interessanter Baustil mit viel Licht im Haus, leider alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, erste Renovierungsarbeiten zeichnen sich ab.

− Außenanlagen sind leider stark vernachlässigt, der Teich im Garten mit Gartenabfällen zugeschüttet , die Gartenmöbel waren leider stark verschmutzt
